The best part is that all employees have their own individual service plan to include break schedules and personal protection devices such as pepper spray. Being able to provide different plans for each employee helps make sure they feel like they're given fair treatment with not just one rate. Sometimes it's hard to tell how old or experienced an officer may be so sometimes I was unsure if my questions were going through without being understood in some way (communication could use more work here). This isn't necessarily anything wrong about our program but more so things we can do better at. Providing opportunities for growth both personally and professionally within the organization which also benefits others outside of the business by providing knowledge and experience. The staff is very friendly and professional and they are always willing to help out with any questions that I have. They are very knowledgeable in their industry so you can trust them. We have used other companies before but none were as good as these guys! I would highly recommend Security Services. Their prices are affordable and their customer service is top notch. There was nothing I disliked about this company at all. They do great work and give great customer service.
