Our son had very severe flatulence at 1 month and then heartburn at 2 months. We have tried other brands and none have been as effective as this one. He is 3 months old and we still use him especially for night feeding! It is recommended not to exceed 6ml in any 24 hour period. So instead of giving him 1ml each time, we give him 1/2ml. This allows us to give him more food without exceeding the total dosage limit. We've also found that it's much more effective if you give it PRIOR to feeding than after. As a mom, I can eat more variety because it helps fight acid reflux. It's expensive but worth it!
