Update: I have contacted the seller and he will issue a replacement. Thanks for the good customer service! My printer recognizes them as HP cartridges but they are terrible quality. I bought 2 back on February 6th and today is April 29th. I don't print much and I'm already getting terrible print quality. I tried reconfiguring the printheads, cleaning the printer and nothing worked until I used a second cartridge and the first few registers were still full. I received a return window, so this is terrible value for an ink that only prints properly for a few small print jobs.
