Too fragile for my opinion
I bought these knives in December 2020. It's now April 2021 and 2 of the knives have chipped. I have followed all the precautions (don't use to pry anything, don't put in the dishwasher, don't use ceramic or glass cutting boareds, etc.). The knives are great to use but I'd rather not have to baby a knife so much, especially when they're going to chip anyway. I won't be buying these again.

- The porous nature of ceramic knives can lead to discoloration and stains over time
