Review on Green and Yellow John Deere Farm State Pride Cap by Ken Reed

I loved this hat but quickly found the quality to be unacceptably low. I have a large head so I adjusted the strap to secure with two latches and it kept loosening. (video included) Then I noticed the poor quality of the stitching on the front of the hat. I worked in an embroidery workshop for several years and I know what embroidery is urgent when I see it. The quality of the embroidery on the hat I received would not have been shipped. There were loose stitching at the cut locations, over the cut areas. Just careless. Looks like they trained a new operator in the process. For the price I expected more. I usually just exchange it for another, but when I tried to return it I found that the company selling it through Revain charges a fee. 30-50% restocking fee. I love the design - I just want 1st quality.
