defective cartridge
This black new unopened box was defective and unusable. I didn't use it until June 12th which is the return period as it is kept as a backup in case my ink runs out. Well it leaked and I couldn't use that cartridge at all. The printer says the cartridge is defective. Now I can't return it or get a refund. I will not order this product again.
