At first, the company seemed responsive, but they have done nothing to help me fix the problem. I have been very patient with them, now I am outside of the warranty coverage (according to ebay). I spent $75 on this very nice looking box that does not work, and I cannot get a response from the company.Don't waste your time or money on this if you want to keep your watch wound. Try another brand.I started having trouble after a few months, and it took me a while to verify the problem, but now after they have stalled and I was not aggressive enough, I am out of the money I spent, and they will not warrant their product. If you search the ebay listing carefully, (and you have to look hard) you can find that the warranty information is supposed to be on the manufacturers website, but the website contains no warranty information.
