Great case. It comes with thermal grease that you apply to some of the key points where the case makes contact with some chips on the PCB, allowing the case to act as a heatsink. So far it's working great and I like it when the fan is quiet and I don't have to worry about mechanical failure. As already mentioned, the screw situation could be better. Just don't overtighten them. Only 4 stars because, as I said, the HDMI cable is bad. I connected to a 1080p monitor which I have used on the Pi3 with no problems. I immediately noticed the dropouts on the display. It was serviceable, but when I used a micro HDMI to standard HDMI adapter and standard HDMI cable, the display was fine.
