Review on Copper Chef Non-Stick Cookware Set: 12-Piece Caseserole Pots, Pans, and Accessories by Kelly Haywood

I bought a copper cook set. All of the pots and pans met my expectations except for the 11" pan. This pot is huge, just what I need, but it cooks very, very slowly, and I mean, without exaggeration, SLOW. I tried water for cooking pasta; it sat on the stove for an hour max and the water never boiled! How was he supposed to heat oil for frying if he couldn't boil water properly? I had to pour water into one of my old pots to get the pasta ready I tried to cook other things and encountered the same problem.Other items work very well but if you want to cook quickly I don't recommend you buy this pan.
