Update 4/19/21: Another nod to their support team. The headphones I mention below did the same in terms of disconnecting and pairing. The instructions didn't work this time. I contacted them to see if there was anything else to try. Although the warranty expired after about four months, they were replaced with a new pair. Very unexpected and much appreciated. First Review: These headphones sound great. They just lack bass when compared to others with larger drivers. For example I have these (6mm drivers I think) and another pair with 12.5mm drivers. BUT a pair with 12.5mm drivers is significantly larger in comparison. If I had to choose between these two, I would go with these because the quality to size ratio is just huge. One more note. They separated shortly after a year. The one on the left stayed paired with my tablet while the other was (apparently) useless. I contacted them through Revain's messaging function and received a reply shortly thereafter. I received instructions and a link to a video showing how to fix the issue. Of course it worked. I still had the option of getting a replacement or refund. That's excellent customer service.
