When I received this wall mounted Charlie trainer I placed a heavy frying pan on top to ensure it lay flat. Then I added toys, an easy task, and hung them in Charlie's cage. She walked right up to him and played with him, climbing on top of him and poking around. I love how it entertains her and gives her another area to chew and climb. It's very nicely made, it's made of natural materials, so we didn't mind putting it in her cage. We can dress up her toy to arouse her interest. It's more than a cockatiel would need but Charlie is in her cage all the time so he needs exercise and input and I will buy him again if needed.
