Great product. Safely packaged. Installation took about an hour (I installed the dog door without removing the door from the hinges). I recommend taking the door off its hinges and laying it on the floor to make it easier to mark the cutout and make cuts, which should reduce installation time. Magnetic strips along the flap edges ensure the flap clicks into place when opened and provides an airtight seal keeping air/wind/rain/bugs etc out of the way and your air conditioning or heat in. Dogs learn fairly quickly when shown how the door works, but it takes some "pushing" with the dog's head to open the door. One of my dogs chewed on the edges of the flap which resulted in me having to order several replacement strips that got lost along the way. I contacted the company's support team via email and within a few hours received a response that a replacement was on the way. Two days later I received the goods free of charge. Definitely a company that puts the customer first!
