Review on Install Bay IBLOC02 Adjustable Convertor by Andrew Grant

I'm giving four stars because it seems to work, but I'm deducting it a bit because the design seems pretty cheap. The wires are very light and seem about to break. But it was cheap and it worked again so I can't complain as long as it keeps working. I'm having weird noises at low volume, but I don't know if it's related to that or something else in my setup that is an arcade machine. So who knows what's going on with what I hacked. I tried another line level converter that didn't work at all (loud as damn) so it was still a big improvement and good enough.
