Just received this product last week. All the parts seem to fit properly and I swapped out the filters and roller to try them out. They seem to be working fine. The second time the roll got caught on the edge of the bedspread. I unclipped the cover and noticed that the roller cover came off. The manufacturer seems to have used a sticky adhesive that comes off easily. I didn't send it back because I really only wanted to change the filters. My original roller is fine and I can reattach the roller cover that was peeled off with a good permanent adhesive. But that's not the quality I expect for my money.
