Left controller was missing a screw creating a gap between the cases. The right controller looked fine but didn't work well. Button A didn't work all the time. I'd have to press hard on it or press the key at an angle to register input. Overall I wasn't expecting anything special, just something that would last a few months, but it came out of the box with a defect. Maybe just bad quality control. At least it's guaranteed, although I'll only get a refund from Revain. The buttons click as expected, but what was surprising is that the directional pad clicked too, I can't imagine playing a fighting game with it. The D-Pad is like if you modified the original Joy-Cons with a D-Pad case, honestly I don't mind.
