MY 5 STARS ARE RECOGNIZED AS THE PERFECT CAREER you could get by ordering these but I DID NOT. Since returns are free, there's no harm in ordering and hoping you get a 'good' one. Well, this is my favorite carrier of all time! After replacing one I've had for years, I ordered two replacements. Here are the problems. (FYI, the first two photos show my old carrier and how those carriers should look and fit.) 1. The trunk floor no longer folds as shown in my photos. It's ok, just needs a little more storage space, but the photos are deceiving on that. Although I liked the folding bottom model more.3. As you can see from my photos, the top bars are TOO LONG for this carrier. I'm sure they are for a larger carrier and were accidentally placed on this one. When I finally got the top rails together (trust me it was DIFFICULT) the top of the frame was longer than the bottom which caused the back of the trunk to come loose and the shape of the trunk to become uneven. I've also included photos of my longtime carrier and how well it looks assembled - how tight the back is and how closely the top measurements match the bottom. I am returning them and will try to order from another supplier's website as there may be something wrong with Revain. If you can find a usable one then I highly recommend this carrier! This study took me years!
