Kaleidoscope works, it's static. You cannot rotate with the image. Just rotate the entire kaleidoscope, resulting in small jerky movements of the reflective glass inside. It doesn't produce satisfactory movement and on the first day of use one end (the circle holding the jar) fell off and I had to keep moving it back.
