The ability to create multiple campaigns with different targets, content types can be really helpful for my clients who are looking at new products or services as part of their marketing campaign planing process! I also love that we have an expert team in our support department so they're always available when something does go wrong!! It would help if it was more intuitive - but this has nothing specifically against them just because there isn't much you could call "intuitive" about how things work nowdays :). Keep up all your great updates/additions. You guys rock. ! We've been able use many features such Drip Campaigns (which helps us target certain segments) along-side Automated Emails which allows me send out emails without having any users do anything manually other than sign into email via gmail etc :).
