I like how it is easy access, you just go right to them if there are problems with patient issues etc! It's not very user friendly at times but that could change as we use this more!! However its an excellent system compared against other systems out there. Not so much anything specific i dislike about db technology; however some programs do take time getting used too (esp when first starting). But once learned everything works fine. Easy process management using these documents which makes my job easier/smoother overall by having all docs together in one place easily accessible via computer software! The ability to have multiple users with different access levels is great! We use it mainly for medical records, but we are also able to utilize this system for our other departments as well (HR, payroll). There are several ways that you could customize your database so there isn't one "one size fits all" solution. It's not easy to set up but once it does what you need it will do it again and again. I like how quickly my staff gets their hands on patient information when they need it.
