Bona Floor Refresher Update

This product is deceiving with its promises! I was looking for a product that would give my porcelain stoneware floor a shine and as I was happy with the Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Floor Cleaner I thought it looked good. I followed the directions on the bottle and washed the floor and applied the product. After waiting an hour as instructed, I returned and inspected the floor. Most of the floor looked shiny, but then I noticed streaks and spots where the finish was inconsistent. These were all over the area. At first I thought I could wait 24 hours and then reapply in those fields, but that turned out to be even more disastrous. Now my tile floor is a real mess and it seems like it will require a complex and expensive program to remove this coating, which needs to be done by a professional. I wish there was some sort of warning about the difficulty of removing this product once it's applied, along with all the hype about how beautiful the floor will be. After speaking to a Bona representative, I would like to change the above review. I believe the product is likely to deliver the results they promise. However, it must be emphasized that this product is part of Bona's Pro series (I know it says so in the title, but). What is not clearly stated to the buyer is that Pro Series products should only be used by professionals and that others should use them with caution as they understand that once applied they are difficult if not impossible to remove. The rep said I could try Bona Polish Remover, but if that doesn't work my only option is to just live with it until it goes away on its own. Nowhere in my research on Bona's website have I been able to find a clear explanation of the differences between ProSeries products and others. And nowhere have I found a warning that it cannot be easily removed. I called it "Floor Freshener", thinking it doesn't last as long as buffing.
