Although LEDAUT sells a variety of car accessories, the quality of their products is less than stellar. The heat wraps are flimsy and poorly made, and the engine compartment matting does not do a good job of keeping the space cooler and quieter. The tubes themselves are not well protected by the thin sleeve they are housed in. It's just as disheartening to deal with customer support. The customer service staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to get a refund for a defective product. Due to LEDAUT's unsatisfactory customer service and subpar offerings, I was left feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone who wants top-notch auto parts and equipment. Due to their low-quality goods and unresponsive customer service, LEDAUT is not recommended for experienced drivers looking to enhance their vehicle's functionality and aesthetics.
