I bought this camera even though it's a kids camera because I like the video quality. Videos and photos look very dated. It reminds me of the videos my family would make with their camcorders at family gatherings or on vacation. This is a children's camera. So I don't expect a high quality camcorder and I think people should keep that in mind. This is not only a product for children, but also not an expensive high-tech video camera. I got it for fun. I just wanted something simple and light that I could take with me to aim and shoot when I'm out with friends or on vacation. It's very very easy. Comes with a small bag for you to carry it in. It easily fits in my purse as it is very small. I have mine in blue and it's really cute. The sound is not the best on the camcorder. I just tested it to make sure it works. I haven't downloaded anything to my computer yet. Not sure if the sound is likely to improve if I do this, but overall the sound isn't terrible, but it's not the best either. This is a nice lightweight camcorder that you can easily carry around and record cool vintage videos. In general I am satisfied.
