IT WORKS! But very uncomfortable to wear.
I shrink a lot at night, causing tension in the neck, causing migraines. I've tried different types of mouthpieces, none of them were a good solution, but THIS finally works! To be honest I hate wearing it because it's very uncomfortable and I usually wake up in the middle of the night with the wrong one at least once, but it works and it's about 1/8 the price of one my dentist made. sent me back to the orthodontist after he moved my teeth. So I recommend it anyway, because if clumsiness is the worst part, then it's not that bad.
