Don't buy this, it's terrible. I've been using a Remington epilator for a few years and at one point it broke. So I asked for this one for Christmas because I thought the flexible head, dual roller and wet/dry options were fantastic (remember I'm an avid epilator and use it on everything including my pubic area). I have tested it. on the armpit to see how it was. The tweezers didn't actually hit the hair, and when it did, it broke more of it as it pulled out, defeating the whole purpose. But the worst thing is that it grabbed my skin and now I have a big abrasion in my armpit and that was when I was using a bag designed for beginners. I would never try that again. Immediately cleaned and packed for return. No thank you.
