I bought four of these cameras (but only one from this supplier) to salvage one that actually works as described. The remaining 3 SQ-11 can record and download videos successfully, but have problems i.e. operation in night vision or motion detection mode. But it has an even worse downside, which is that it refuses to communicate with my laptop even after I reboot as advised. I'm a retired Space Shuttle engineer and have spent hours and hours trying to get these cameras to work as advertised. The seller invites the buyer to contact him in case of difficulties, but the website or email address is not published to make this possible. This camera is a good concept but poor execution. OEM quality control requires a lot of work as none of the four cameras work properly. I would happily pay more to get one that works as advertised. The OEM manufacturer's instructions are very difficult to understand, but fortunately the supplier is considerate enough to include additional instructions. Unfortunately I will be returning this item.
