Review on 🔍 Nikon Monarch 5 10x42 Binoculars (7577): Waterproof/Fogproof, Bundle with Lens Pen, Harness, Case, and Essential Accessories by Colleen Wilson

I bought these binoculars at the end of 2019. Due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to use it until I took a trip to Costa Rica two months ago. After about a week of hiking in wet conditions and in the rain, water started seeping through the lenses and the drops started drying inside and leaving marks. After that, the fungus began to grow on both sides. I really expected much better performance from "waterproof" gear. I'm out of the US in Costa Rica for a while and Nikon's official support makes it impossible to resolve this issue as I can't take advantage of their promised lifetime warranty. Please avoid problems and consider buying another brand, Nikon is just a big joke.
