Endless fun and creative toys. The balls are large making them safe to play and easy to find when they roll back. Tiles from other Picasso tile sets are the same size and combine with the marble walkway to form complex structures. There is a connecting plate for tubes and slides. Once snapped into the connector plates the rails are extremely stable, however the fingers of a 3 year old and a 70 year old were not strong enough to do this easily. The instruction book lacked details but a 6 year old who was fluent in Lego had no problem. Of course, who needs directions? We quickly moved on to creating our own amazing designs. It has become fashionable to use the STEM descriptor to advertise any old passive mindless toy. This toy really opens up critical thinking for all ages.
