This was exactly what I wanted. I've seen reviews saying it doesn't fit the XLE model. I bought it anyway because I knew I would have to cut the notch. This was easy to do with a Dremel tool. Then I filed the edges to make them smooth. Now it fits perfectly. I didn't make the notch very big so it would still be firm and the rubber mat would cover the entire floor. The only downside is that I can't use the USB ports underneath with the tray installed. It suits me, so I'm not complaining. If you want to use the connections, the notch has to be quite large and small objects can fall out of the tray.
