Review on Thomas Connect by Broderick Shetler

I like how easy it is to use (and navigate). It's great if you have multiple people in your organization using this software because there are so many features! The ability to create custom reports would be helpful as well - but we haven't found anything specific yet which makes us wish they had more customization options available at launch time than what was offered with our initial implementation. We've been able to track orders from order entry all through shipping/fulfillment & inventory control. This allows everyone involved within my department to stay organized by creating their own tasks or projects without having to rely solely off me being constantly updated about things via email etc.
