Sorry I should have bought a better brand. I bought 3 pairs of XLeader SoundAngel Sport5. Customer service is good but they can't make up for a bad product. When they worked, they were excellent, noisy, independent, the subscribers heard me perfectly, but they all stopped working, one couple died completely, the other 2, the left side stopped working. They sent me another pair and it didn't work on the left either. They sent me a lower model as a replacement and it's completely dead. I got my money back on the 3rd. So, to break this down, I have 5 pairs of XLeaders that don't work. All of this happened in less than a year, or rather 6 months. So, I wish you the best of luck in purchasing a pair of XLeaders.
