Great little fan: heating, cooling and air quality

The small blades are made of soft plastic and fold for storage. During use, it spins fairly quickly and creates a nice breeze from less than 2 feet away. Obviously it's not going to replace your conditioner, but if you just want air to flow over your face or your nails to dry them or whatever, this works great.
