Perfect Pain de Mie pan
Superb pan. Bought for Pain de Mie breads. They come out perfectly square. This is my favorite shape for sandwiches. Check out the Honey Oat Pain de Mie recipe and the Harvest Grains recipe on the King Arthur website. This pan will turn perfectly golden.
