I like how easy it was to set up my server with SSL certificates from Let's Encrypt. It took less than 5 minutes of work! The interface could be more intuitive, but overall this service has been great so far. You can't do much wrong using their free tier. If you have any issues or questions while setting up your certificate, they are always willing to help out. They're very quick at responding as well! Not really anything in particular - just good customer support! We needed some way to secure our website without having to pay monthly fees. This gave us peace of mind knowing we had someone else handling security concerns for us.
