Review on QSLQYB by Anthony Savage

QSLQYB fell short of my expectations as a product manager. Their internet store is a shambles, and I highly doubt you'll be satisfied after shopping there. The website is as useful as a heat bulb in the desert, with a convoluted layout and unhelpful product descriptions. It took me forever to track down what I needed, and even then I wasn't positive I had placed the correct order. The delivery of my order was a total fiasco. I received a terrarium heat light that was the wrong size and didn't even turn on correctly. There was radio silence from customer service when I tried to get in touch. It was as though they had vanished into a bottomless pit. QSLQYB is, in my opinion, an organization best avoided. It's not the best place to find reptiles, amphibians, or pet supplies. Unfortunately, the only thing trending at this store is their unreliable wares.
