This is a nice jogging set. I wouldn't call it a sweat suit. The material is very thin & feels like pajamas. And because of the thin fabric you might be able to see through it a little. However my son likes it. I order & XL he is 6'3 195lbs. The suit fit him good. The pants weren't too short nor were the sleeves on the jacket. He did say the the hood seemed a bit small but he has alot of hair so that may have played a contribution in it being small. He will probably be wearing this to bed or maybe runs to the store.
