Simply wow! Ordered to replace an old shower head that was leaking. Arrived this morning and 7.5 minutes after opening, the nozzle was installed. No trips for teflon tape, wrenches or anything else. The box contains a shower head, a tiny roll of Teflon tape for installation, and a small stamped steel wrench that fits both the old and new shower heads. one, a large roll of ribbon sent as a 'bonus', a discount card and a fun shower cap. Use the included wrench to remove the old showerhead. Old teflon tape removed. New teflon tape installed (thanks guys). Wrench included Tested and satisfied What an easy job thanks to these guys.
