While transferring a large 8GB file, I noticed that the drive is making a lot of noise. This is the type of noise found on a high gain computer component like a GPU, but coming from an SSD casts doubt on its durability. I was also unimpressed by the actual drive capacity of 3.6TB, not the advertised 4TB; although it's just marketing. On the Windows host, the average file transfer rate varied between 200 and 300 Mbit/s.
