I am trying to get away from shampoos with harsh chemicals as I am experiencing hair loss. I am in my mid 60's and am giving this a try. It suds a little when first applied then becomes like a light cream. My itchy scalp has really calmed down. I have diabetes and super dry skin and scalp and this seems to do the trick. I use it twice, then switch to my regular shampoo, then go back to this and repeat the process. I am going to try using a handful of this product and just a little bit of my regular shampoo together to see if it will still keep the itch away.
