I bought this adapter to use with my 12" MacBook. It works as expected. When I first connected there was no internet. Then I got my MacBook rebooted and showed the internet connection. Plug and play. No drivers to download. Ideal for any non-professional. This speeds up large data downloads when hard-wired to a router or switch. If you are a Prime member , you can get it in a day or two.I recommend this adapter.
