I got back pain from sitting in this chair
I recently noticed that the seat is not level. The right side was higher and the left side was lower - I got lower back pain on the left side and I went to the doctor and one of his questions was what my office chair looked like and I checked it out as soon as I got home. The chair was installed so obviously it's like putting screws in screw holes - there's no chance my installation was responsible for the seat not being level. I am suing Serta and Amazon.
