The screen on my latest MacBook Pro was badly scratched just from touching the screen with the buttons. I thought this was really weird and probably a flaw in the MacBook's design, but this time I decided to protect my screen from its own keyboard with a screen protector. I've been using it for almost a month now with no problems and overall I'm very happy with it. I think part of the reason this thing is difficult to install is because of the shape of the laptop as well as the huge screen. If I had read the instructions a little more closely I would have seen how to use the tape guides, but I'm a bit stupid and didn't do it. center it stays in place and I have had no issues with stickiness or air bubbles. This protector doesn't do anything for privacy or much for anti-glare. I would buy this trademark protection again and next time I will look at the instructions on how to use the guide bands.
