This seems to help our senior dog with bad breath. smells like concentrated chicken. The only problem is that she's a small but lively dog, so it's difficult to get this spray in her mouth. Yes, there are other ways to use it, but she doesn't particularly like these. .Of course that's not due to the spray, it's more of a hint. I think if you start using this on a younger dog you can probably teach him to take the dental spray without discomfort. I also have a feeling that larger dogs will have less trouble spraying than smaller dogs as their mouth/jaw is easier to manipulate simply because of their size. If you can get your beloved pet to take this as a spray, it is surely one of the easiest ways to improve dental health. I would eventually recommend it. I expect the vast majority of dogs will be very happy with the taste/aroma and at least it seems to have a positive effect on bad breath. Trust that trying a bottle of this is a worthy investment that you may end up sticking with.
