Used to get rid of the factory variable flow valve on a 97 c1500 steering pump that fitted a 1964 c-10. Is working. I actually didn't use the hose and screwed it directly into the pump body. It flowed more than my application required, but this is not a product defect. It's a bit pricey for what it is
