STRONG! Ours flew through the rooms at record speed and NO CRACKS! Straws fall out when this happens, however. it has more to do with physics than cup errors. They were perfect for switching bottles and after purchasing the range of mugs they became favourites. Easy to clean (especially if you're used to 900 Dr. Browns bottle parts) and the loop at the top makes it easy to attach to carabiners or whatever you've got to avoid minimal cup residue. "warm" is not warm. You probably shouldn't put hot things in it. It won't go well.
