This is a soft, compact down vest. It's not "fat" plump. When you open it you have to shake it and fluff it up. The turtleneck sweater is perfect for keeping out the cold in the city. Not for winter, but perfect for school days and outdoor weekends when it's cold.
- Our kid HATES long sleeves so this is the PERFECT compromise.
