The shape is interesting, like a bean. Fits well in my ear; They are comfortable so far with no noticeable ear fatigue. With others, I always felt like they were about to fall out, so I had to stuff them deep into my ears to compensate. With them, I don't have to put them in my ears, which can hurt and also make me feel "under water".
