This is exactly what I was looking for to replace my Brita jug. I wanted a more reliable water filter that would remove fluoride. For the price this was the best option. Love how it stands on the counter and it's VERY EASY to fill a glass with filtered water. All you have to do is pull the little pin on the faucet and your filtered water will pour out of the little spout like it's from a second faucet. It is angled so you can fill saucepans, water bottles, small glasses, etc. It's always handy! No more filling jars and waiting. It only works with cold water, but I think that applies to all water filters. It doesn't take up too much counter space as it stands vertically and takes up little space for its size. It's very easy to assemble, I think it took about 5 minutes for everything! I haven't changed the filter yet but I've been using it for 3 months now. I had to take the sprocket off because the little pin you pull to hook the filter came loose and every time I tried to screw it back on it just twisted like it had snapped off. Seemed cheaply made for something you draw multiple times a day. My solution was to glue it with super glue! Now it works great and doesn't crash every time. Homemade solution to something super aggravating. I like that it's reliable yet portable for apartment dwellers. The water comes out with enough force, I was pleasantly surprised at how good this filter is. I don't notice a big difference in taste with Brita water, so I hope it meets the requirements for fluoride filtration etc. Recommended! Bonus: The company unexpectedly sent me a free bottle of water in a separate bag in addition to my order.
