These shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I was training for my first 5k race and found them on a colleague's recommendation. Firstly I have men's shoes in 11 1/2 and wet shoes come in 11 and 12 so I usually wear a size 12 and that's not quite right. I didn't know this until I put them on as they are half sizes and fit perfectly. They cost about the same as entry-level sneakers from leading competitors, but you'll notice the difference right away. I'm not a technical runner so can't talk about it as I'm just starting out. I will say if I use other big brands after a few runs they are not exactly the same but with this shoe they are very good after 6 months or more. great shoes
