I have 2 rescue cats, mother and daughter. They both have eosinophilic granuloma (leading me to believe it's hereditary) but I'm not a vet. 1 of them (I won't embarrass her by writing her name here 😆) is very picky about food. She loves cheap canned cat food, which worsens her health. I have tried sooo many brands of cat food to distract them from the cheaper brands. She will eat it for about 3 days and then smoke it. In the end I gave in to buying Applaws because for me, a humble farmer, it's expensive and she loves it. The best thing about this food is that she has no problem eating the mousse version during flare-ups that often lead to mouth ulcers. Small portions can be uncomfortable for humans if you only feed your cats wet food (some of those cats are still on a diet... and yes, that includes my two fat cats), but I give them wet food. in 1 bowl and kibble in another, that's it. Overall I give this brand 5 stars in the quality department and 4 stars in the quantity department. Hope this helps some.
