Reason for 3 stars. The shape of these ears hurts me, they keep falling out. This is annoying! I use them when walking. I don't like the shape of these headphones. By the way, the sound quality is excellent! Amazing volume. loud noise . suppresses noise. When I was on the phone, people heard me perfectly. is free. I posted a photo. They are worn over the earplugs. Now the ear pads are so comfortable and won't fall out. Excellent customer service
